Conclusion of sale

By placing an online order, you make an offer to
buy goods. Completion of the sale is subject to the availability of stock and
confirmation of successful credit card settlement. Partial sales
may be concluded where availability of stock
precludes fulfillment in full.

When you place an order you will receive an automated email from us which will confirm receipt of
your order and will provide you with an order reference number. You
may cancel your order at any time prior to the conclusion of
sale by emailing us at the contact address given.

Generally, if an item is out of stock, it will say so on the product page.
However occasionally, due to high demand, we may be out of stock in certain items.
If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you by email
or by phone. We do not charge your credit card for out of stock items.
- Your credit card will be charged only when the goods have been
packed for shipping.

All prices and transactions are denominated in Australian Dollars and
include Goods and Service Tax (GST) where applicable.
Shipping Information

We endeavour to meet the delivery times indicated at the
time of order. However, we are dependent on international
suppliers, overseas transportation and customs clearance and
can therefore not guarantee the delivery times indicated. We will
notify you by email of any factors which may significantly
delay delivery.
Nursingwear will not be responsible for any losses, direct or
consequential, resulting from delays in the delivery of goods or
the
cancellation of orders.

All goods are shipped via Australia Post. The
price of goods includes postage to any destination in
Australia (a flat fee will be charged for any deliveries to
New Zealand).
