Returns Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your
purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, we will gladly
provide you with a full refund or exchange within the framework of
our returns policy.
- Refunds:

To request a refund for all or part of your purchase, simply return the item/s in their
original condition and wrapping within 7 business days of receipt, quoting your name and
invoice number.
- Postage charged on any order is not refundable.
- Where goods are shipped free of postage, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount at the rate of $7.50 for the first item and $1 per additional item.
- An administration, handling and repackaging fee of $1 per garment applies.

deal.
- Exchanges:

Please return the item/s you do not wish to keep in their original condition and wrapping with
all tags in place within 7 business days of receipt, quoting your name and invoice number. Please
include details of the item/s you would like in exchange with your return parcel.

Exchange garments will be posted to you at a rate of $7.50 for the first garment and $1 for each
additional item included in the parcel (within Australia and New Zealand). Exchange garments will be
posted to international customers at the rate charged by Australia Post based on garment weight.

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the sender. Please be sure to pack your items carefully
for postage as we are not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via return delivery.

Should we ever send you incorrect merchandise, we will send out the correct order with a reply paid satchel for you
to return the incorrect goods.
